The Whitest Kids U’ Know will be moving their hilarious self-titled sketch show to the Independent Film Channel for its second season, according to a recent article in Variety.
Fuse (the channel WKUK debuted on) and IFC are sister channels both owned by Rainbow Media, so the move is more of a shuffle round as the company refocuses it’s channels. More excitingly, the move to IFC means that the new episodes will be completely uncensored (no more bleeps or blurs!) and longer with no commercial breaks!
If you haven’t seen The Whitest Kids U’ Know, they have heaps of sketches on YouTube that you should check out. Here’s one of their more well-known ones:
If you like what you see, or just want to get straight to the good stuff, someone has kindly uploaded all the episodes from season 1 to veoh.com, which you can download for free to your computer (once you’ve signed up and installed the VeohTV player).
According to a post on their website, The Whitest Kids U’ Know have already begun filming for the second season, and they’re “really excited” about the new sketches. I can’t wait to see what they’ve thought up for season 2!

I saw this sketch linked to from a site and thought it would be good to check out.
I watched half of the first ep before I was bored shitless. My impression may have been tarnished by the crap I had to go through to get the veoh player to run smoothly thought…It really does suck.
I will admit, some of their skits are a bit odd, but it’s a humour that grows on you. I implore you to watch episode two, which I believe has the most consistently funny skits of the whole season. I’m particularly fond of their musical skits, with this one being my favourite: Get A New Daddy
As for the Veoh problems, I can’t remember having any myself, but I am considering writing up a tute for it. I can’t remember how I did it now, but I do have a Veoh Firefox plugin installed that might have made the process a lot smoother. I also used bugmenot.com to get a sign-in.
